How do I sync my data across devices?

Cloud sync is available with BasePack Pro. Simply sign in with the same account on all your devices, and your lists, journals, and inventory will sync automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

For iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BasePack → Cancel Subscription.
For Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → BasePack → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings in the app. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

Can I request specific data deletion?

Yes. If you wish to keep your account but want to purge specific data like your journey history or gear inventory, you can submit a request.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Your data is stored securely in Canada. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export your packing lists as CSV files at any time. Go to any list, tap the share button, and select "Export as CSV".
